What if we are having so much fun and want you to stay longer?
What happens if you get sick?
Images are uploaded to a digital gallery and are available to download as many times as you would like for one year. You can choose to share your gallery with family and friends, or request a password for your gallery to keep it private. I recommend downloading your images and backing them up to cloud storage.
How long will my images be available to download?
I value and cherish my wedding pictures so much, and I want to make sure my couples have the same collection of memories after their wedding day. Each eight hour wedding gallery contains a minimum of 1500 thoughtfully edited digital images sorted into corresponding categories throughout the day. I never limit the number of images I provide to my couples.
How many images do you deliver per wedding?
Everyone gets sick, but I do my best to prevent illness (especially during wedding season!). My number one priority is to give you the best wedding experience possible. If I am able to, I will shoot your wedding; if I am hospitalized or for some other reason unable to be at your wedding, I thankfully have a wonderful network of photographers that I have worked with that can provide the same level of service. My sister and second shooter, Kelsey, and my husband and second shooter, Justin, would also be available to replace me in this type of situation. That said, I have never had to do this. That said, if I am ill, I will absolutely shoot your wedding if I am able to do my best
I never book anything else on a wedding day, so if you decide that you want me to come earlier or stay later, I am available! Each additional hour of photography is $450 and can be added at any time.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
I worried about rain on my wedding day so much - and I am sure you have the same worries. I have photographed many rainy day weddings, and you would never guess it was raining (I even photographed a wedding during a hurricane - and the portraits were gorgeous!). I always have clear umbrellas with me in case of rain, and I am able to find covered outdoor spaces to ensure we still get outdoor pictures. I also can set up my off camera flashes in order to capture some gorgeous indoor pictures while keeping everyone completely dry and rain-free! If your wedding day turns out to be a rainy day and we are unable to take outdoor portraits, I offer a free portrait session for the wedding couple after the wedding day at a beautiful, rustic field near my home. I know it can be stressful worrying about rain on your wedding day, but no matter what, we will have beautiful pictures and we can always get the golden hour gorgeous portraits that I specialize in after your wedding date.
I need help planning my timeline. Is that something you do?
I love to help with timeline planning! I am here to answer questions, provide sample timelines, or even completely create your wedding day timeline. I understand how much time we need for family portraits, getting ready, and portraits of the wedding couple, so I can help you best plan your day to ensure things run sm,oothly and you get the pictures you are dreaming of.
Do you have liability insurance?
I have $1 million in liability insurance; please let me know if your wedding venue needs my policy information prior to your wedding.
What are your travel fees?
Wedding day travel up to one hour each way is included, and each additional hour of travel is $50. Engagement and portrait sessions include 30 minutes of travel and each additional hour is $50. Please contact me to discuss destination weddings and those outside of Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
